Zarya Nesvetaya is a powerful and unpretentious ultra-early grape variety bred to live in warm regions. Fortunately, like most early maturing varieties, it has taken root in colder regions.

The variety appeared thanks to the tireless work of E.G. Pavlovsky, who took as a basis the famous varieties Talisman and Cardinal. The talented breeder got in the new hybrid all the best that could be taken from the parent varieties - yield, unpretentiousness, portability, amazing taste. Zarya Nesvetaya grapes are used for fresh consumption, for making table and dessert wines, for canning in the form of juices, compotes, preserves, and jams.

Initially, the variety was bred for cultivation in the southern regions of Russia and neighboring countries: the Black Sea region and the North Caucasus, Kuban and Krasnodar Territory, Moldova, Crimea and the Don steppes. However, its very early ripening times made it available to colder areas. We got to know him and get good harvests in Altai, the Urals, in Primorye.

The hybrid is intended for cultivation in the southern regions, where it is able to maximize the qualities that it was awarded by the parent varieties.

From them, the descendant took all the best and acquired unique features. For example, it has not only resistance to major diseases and low temperatures, but also transportability, an amazing strawberry aftertaste with pink notes.

Vigorous tall bushes give life to a powerful resilient vine that bears fruit almost along its entire length. Shoots are covered with medium-sized bright green three-lobed leaves. Peduncles are the same as in all varieties.

The hybrid is a very early variety, with a ripening period of 100–105 days from the beginning of the growing season.

In large conical and cylindro-conical bunches, the berries are collected in a cluster of medium, sometimes loose density. Fruit weight 670 grams, but this is not the limit. It all depends on climatic and agrotechnical conditions. With perfect care, the bunches grow up to 1 kilogram. The decorative qualities are very high - colorful brushes themselves become a bright accent, making any table festive.

Large rounded berries of a bright purple color, weighing 12-16 grams, like a magnet, attract attention. Dense, juicy, crunchy flesh with 2-3 seeds, covered with a thin skin, which is hardly noticeable while eating. Nevertheless, it is able to protect the berry from deformation during transportation. Zarya Nesvetaya is a pronounced nutmeg taste with an amazing pink-strawberry long-lasting aftertaste.

The hybrid belongs to high-yielding varieties, which, with its unusual taste, cannot but rejoice. As they say, there is never a lot of such berries - up to 20-25 kilograms are harvested from one bush.

Proper planting and follow-up care will provide the grower with healthy vines and ensure good yields.

In the south, planting is carried out in early spring or autumn. In areas with colder climates, it is not recommended to plant seedlings in the fall, since they may not take root, which means they will die in winter. The new hybrid prefers flat areas with moderate lighting. Open areas with a scorching sun are contraindicated for him - the berry can be "baked", but there should be no permanent shading. Bushes will need an area with a certain amount of sunlight.

The soil should be nutritious, breathable, with a neutral level of acidity. Landing Algorithm:

• the holes are made standard - 80x80x80 cm;

• make phosphorus-potassium fertilizers with the addition of compost;

• at the bottom, a drainage layer of crushed stone or broken brick is arranged;

• at the same time, a pipe for irrigation is installed;

• then a layer of earth 30 cm thick is poured;

• a seedling is installed, the soil is carefully poured so as not to damage the root system;

• after that, the soil is tamped tightly, 2 buckets of water are poured in and the trunk circle is mulched.

The hybrid blooms with bisexual flowers and does not need additional pollination.

The unpretentiousness of the variety affects even pruning, or rather, in the absence of annual pruning. Sanitary measures are taken to shorten the vine, leaving 6-8 eyes.

Despite the fact that, according to the parameters declared by the originator, the variety is able to withstand negative temperatures down to -23, it still needs shelter if it grows in cold regions. The vine is removed from the trellises, bent, as far as possible, to the ground. The next stage is warming with spruce branches, reeds, hay and others. After that, it remains to cover with agrotechnical cloth, burlap, foil and cover with earth. In severe frosts, it is best to pour snow on top.

For him, only weevils and leafworms are dangerous, striving to feast on them at the time of flowering.Wasps of the Zarya Nesvetaya variety are not terrible, but birds can encroach on ripe sweet berries. As a preventive measure, the plant is treated with fungicides 2 times before flowering, replacing them, if desired, with a solution of copper sulfate. Pest control also needs to be preventative as it is much more difficult to get rid of them. As insecticides, drugs such as "DNOC", "Sumitsin", "Nitrafen" are used.

The grapes are stored for up to two months in refrigerators or special storages with a temperature regime of no higher than +7 degrees. In this case, there should be good ventilation and moderate humidity.
