Grapes Courage

Courage white grapes deserve special attention from gardeners. It amazes not only with its unique taste, but also with the shape and size of the berries.

We are considering a table grape variety in which the vine ripens early. The plant responds well to timely watering and fertilization.

3-4 inflorescences are formed on the shoots, while rationing is required. Although the bushes do an excellent job of handling the stress of the crop, the growth rate may be slower.

Courage refers to early varieties when viewed in the maturity filter. The berries reach maturity in 115-125 days. Harvesting takes place at the end of August.

Bunches have a conical shape. The density is low. Each weighs about 800 grams.

The fruits have an amber pink hue. Prized for their crispy, fleshy flesh.

The fruits are elongated and have a pointed tip. Each berry weighs from 14 to 16 grams. Courage fruits are large. Assessment of tasters 8.6 points.

The Kurazh variety has a harmonious taste.

The variety in question can be safely attributed to high-yielding.

Before planting, special attention is paid to the quality of the site. It should not only be well lit, but also be located where there is no draft.

In the first year after planting, nothing special is required from the gardener. It is enough to provide proper watering, loosen the soil around in time so that oxygen can freely penetrate to the roots.

If the planting of seedlings is planned for the fall, then preparatory work begins in two weeks. If in the spring, then the site is prepared in the fall.

This variety does not tolerate dampness, like most other plants of this type. For this reason, high-quality drainage is formed in the planting pit. The seedlings are immersed in the ground up to the root collar. After planting, the soil is moistened. If the seedlings are planted in rows, then at least 2 meters are left between them.

After planting, each bush is watered abundantly with water, and the surface around is covered with mulch. You can use straw or sawdust. While the shoots are growing, they are attached to the support. It is very important to fasten the branches in a zigzag manner around the trellis.

Pollination is not required for this variety, since flowers of both sexes are formed on the bushes.

Pruning is done at the rate of 6-8 eyes per vine. It is worth remembering that Courage's growth strength is above average.

Adult grapes do not need frequent watering, but she does not like stagnant water. Only young plantings require regular moistening of the soil, since water helps them take root faster and form greens.

Adults have enough moisture anyway, but during periods of severe drought, and when fruits begin to form, watering is indispensable.

With the growth of grapes, it is also fed with phosphorus. If it is not enough, then purple leaves are formed on the bush, which then quickly dry and fall off the vine.

In the fall, you can use complex fertilizers, which must contain iron, zinc, boron and other trace elements. In the spring, these are nitrogen-containing compounds. Urea is ideal because in the spring you need to help the plant grow foliage.

Courage's frost resistance is -24 degrees Celsius.

Courage has good resistance to insect attacks and diseases, but this does not mean that there is no need for preventive treatment. Copper sulfate and fungicides, of which there are enough ready-made products on the market, help a lot.

Courage has a short shelf life, but it always becomes an excellent table decoration.
