When arranging modern kitchens, built-in household equipment is often used, in particular, hobs. The innovative design and rich functionality possessed by Darina hobs make them stand out from other household appliances. The Darina technique used in organizing the workspace allows you to cook with comfort and enjoy your time in the kitchen.

About the brand

The Tchaikovsky branch of JSC Gazprom Bytovye Systems, built by the German company GABEG, is one of the Russian enterprises specializing in the production of household stoves. The first of them was released in 1998 based on the developments of European specialists in the field of household appliances. The company has been awarded international certificates of the quality management system, which confirms the compliance of technologies for the production of kitchen surfaces TM Darina with international standards.

The production facilities of the Black Sea Branch of JSC Gazprom Bytovye Sistemy, keeping up with the times, produce more than 50 different models of gas and electric stoves of various designs and configurations.

Types and characteristics

The most popular are brand independent embedded panels that have custom controls. Such models significantly save space without requiring compatibility with the oven.

Depending on the heating element used, the following types of independent Darina kitchen surfaces are distinguished:

  • gas;
  • electrical;
  • induction.

Gas appliances

The heating elements of the gas panel are burners of various capacities, operating by burning natural gas. The number of burners is from 2 to 4, they can be different in size and shape. The most popular is the traditional 4-burner model, which allows you to select the appropriate temperature regime for each specific dish.

As a material for the manufacture of Darina hobs, stainless and enameled steel varieties are used. Stainless steel panels are highly durable and easy to clean. They even withstand aggressive detergents. The enamelled hob can be made in various colors (white, beige, black), which makes it easy to fit the appliance into the intended style of the kitchen.

This panel is characterized by ease of maintenance and a long period of use, however, abrasive cleaning agents should be used with caution.

The current models of Darina gas surfaces are: 1T2 C524 B, 1T2 C523 X1, 1T2 C308 B, 1T3 C308 B, 3T M303 X, 1T2 M523 X, 1T3 M307 X, 1T2 M307 X, 1T17 BGC341 12 B, 1T1 BGM341 11 X, 2T BGC341 12 V, 2T1 BGC341 12 V, 1T BGC341 12 V, 1T1 BGC341 12 W, 1T1 BGC341 12 V, 1T18 BGC341 12 V, 1T18 BGC341 12 Bg, 1T18 BGM341 12 At, 1T18 BGM341 11 At. All devices have been improved in accordance with modern safety requirements. The "gas control" function automatically shuts off the gas supply in the event of a lack of flame detection (attenuation due to a draft or "escaped" liquid food). The devices are distinguished by a comfortable arrangement of control elements, the presence of intelligent electric ignition, and guarantee ease of operation.

The main advantage that determines the optimal choice of a gas hob is the saving of electrical energy due to the difference in tariffs. In addition, the Darina hob heats up quickly and does not require any special cookware.The disadvantages that a gas kitchen surface has is a high fire hazard due to open fire. Another disadvantage is the release of "blue fuel" combustion products into the air and their settling on all elements of the kitchen interior.

Electric models

Modern electrical panels Darina have an improved design and a wide range of functions compared to gas appliances. Electric hobs with Hi-Light heating elements (4PE323B, 4PE329B, 4PE326B, 4P8E326B, PE545B) are distinguished by their ease of use, the ability to quickly heat up and use residual heat when heating food. This model range includes both the usual 4-burner and 2-burner built-in hobs. Super-fast heating and maintaining the desired temperature level of the burners is ensured by the increased power of the devices.

Modern designers do not exclude options for combining surfaces, combining gas and electric models. These options are especially relevant in cases of gas or power supply disruptions.

Each electrical device is equipped with a touch control panel and an electric timer, which adds to the practicality of the device. The flat, durable glass-ceramic surface does not require much cleaning; it is enough to wipe it with a damp cloth. To ensure safe operation, Darina hobs are equipped with a residual heat indicator that warns when the hotplate is still hot. The innovative function of the extended heating zone allows the use of dishes of non-standard sizes.

The listed properties of electrical surfaces significantly increase their advantages over gas models, but there are also some disadvantages. These include high power consumption. It is also worth noting that only cookware with a perfectly flat bottom and a diameter that does not exceed the size of the heating element of the burner is suitable for these panels.

Induction models

Induction hobs are gaining popularity today. They are electric, but differ in the principle of heating the burners. The induction coil that makes up the heating element creates an electromagnetic field that interacts with the bottom of the pot or pan so that the hotplate itself hardly heats up. These properties make it possible to assert that the induction hob is less hazardous.

Modern technologies of induction models of the brand (PEI305B, PEI313B, PEI523B, 5P9EI304B, P8EI305B) expand the possibilities of a fast and comfortable cooking process. The devices are easy to operate and maintain. Each Darina hob meets high safety requirements, has the necessary grounding, is equipped with control blocking functions, a residual heating level indicator. The devices "recognize" the presence of foreign objects on the surface and block the operation. Some models (PEI305B, 5P9EI304B, P8EI305B) have burners with the Booster function.

The disadvantages inherent in induction models include a limited selection of kitchen utensils. For such stoves, it is recommended to use dishes with a thick magnetizable bottom, which guarantees the fastest possible heating. It is also worth noting the high cost of induction hobs compared to more "modest" hob models.

In conclusion, it should be said that the choice of a built-in hob should be approached seriously and responsibly. It is recommended to take into account the individual needs of the user, the interior, as well as the technical characteristics and functionality of the device.

The variety of models of Darina hobs provides the opportunity to choose exactly the model that will ideally suit the buyer.
