To help plants overcome unfavorable natural factors (drought, lack of moisture, diseases, and so on), growth stimulants are used. There are a great many varieties of such funds, but more and more gardeners prefer peat oxidate - a natural fertilizer.

It was developed by Belarusian scientists, and for over 20 years it has been in demand among those who are engaged in plant cultivation. An oxidate is obtained by processing peat, the resulting natural substance is absolutely harmless to people, animals, green spaces, and the soil does not suffer from such fertilization.

Peculiarities

After processing, you buy neutral dark brown liquid - 4% peat concentrate, the substance is dissolved in water and used for the best growth of almost all types of agricultural crops, as well as medicinal herbs, houseplants and other plants.

Peat oxidate is an environmentally friendly product, using a special manufacturing technology, peat is cleaned of unnecessary substances, and the output is a safe natural product (natural growth stimulant) for all living things, including plants.

What does such a top dressing give? Let's highlight the main points of the usefulness of this fertilizer:

  • strengthens plant immunity;
  • protects against fungal and other diseases;
  • improves the process of photosynthesis;
  • affects the formation of the crop (increases the size of the fruits, accelerates their ripening);
  • improves the structural soil composition, creating the necessary supply of useful elements in it;
  • prevents the penetration of various toxic substances into plant tissues.

The main feature of this product is its naturalness, which allows the oxidate to be used at any stage of crop growth.

Also, feeding plants with such a composition, you can save on other fertilizers (15-30% savings).

The soil not only receives mineral nutrition, but also retains moisture better when treated with peat oxidate, which is very important for plants in dry periods or growing in areas with special climatic conditions.

Fertilizer is considered universal, it normalizes biological processes both in the soil and in plant tissues.... The drug, making the soil healthy, enables crops to better absorb trace elements. Oxidate improves metabolism, which allows plants to develop, above all, a strong root base.

The drug increases seed germination, prevents heavy metals from accumulating in plant cells, accelerates the growth rate of any plant several times and has a beneficial effect on the yield. In some cases, you can achieve a third increase in yield.

Composition

Peat oxidate is a unique complex of 16 amino acids (9 of them are indispensable). It contains vitamin groups D, PP, B. Of the compounds that make up this product, most of all are humic (68%) and sulfic (15%) acids, as well as protein substances (up to 11%), polysaccharides and monosaccharides (up to 8 %).

It also includes naphthenic acid, phenols, quinones, hemicellulose, many macro- and microelements - all this makes peat oxidate a universal fertilizer. It has an equally beneficial effect on both potted plants and garden plants.

In the instructions for the drug, the dosage is given for specific crops. Such a composition has a good effect on seedlings, and seeds are also treated with it, which has a positive effect on their germination. In short, this peat product is simply irreplaceable for those who are engaged in agriculture.

The unique composition and its effect on living tissue allow scientists to move beyond the possibilities of using it only in crop production. Based on it was created "Vitrovit" a drug that stimulates the growth of animals. So, private traders tested it on pigs.

Today, work is underway to apply peat oxidate and in public animal husbandry... The product can be useful in preserving feed, and it has already been proven that it reduces the content of radionuclides in dairy and meat products. This is especially important for areas with a poor radiological background. There is information that testing of preparations based on peat oxidate is underway. for the treatment of a number of diseases in humans, such as: rheumatism, some skin infections, gastrointestinal diseases and so on.

In the meantime, let's continue the story about its use as a fertilizer for plants.

How to breed?

The consumption rate of the product will depend on the specific crop and its stage of development. You should adhere to the instructions for use, but in order not to make a mistake when measuring liquid, if there is no measuring container at hand, here's a hint on how to proceed:

  • one tablespoon contains 12 milliliters of the drug;
  • in one teaspoon - 4 milliliters;
  • 1 cap of a liter bottle contains 6 milliliters of peat oxidate;
  • 1 cap of a 2 liter bottle - 10 milliliters;
  • 1 cap of a five-liter bottle - 20 milliliters;
  • 20 drops is 1 milliliter.

For processing potato tubers before planting in the ground, dilute to 50 ml of oxidate in 4-5 liters of water. This amount is enough for 1 centner of seed. For soaking 10 g tomato seeds you will need only 0.2 ml of peat product liquid per 20 ml of water. Withstand for two days.

For watering tomato seedlings make a solution at the rate of 2-3 ml of oxidate for every 3 liters of water. But watering an adult tomato bush is carried out at the rate of 12 ml of concentrate per 12 liters of water for an area of 10 square meters.

To save cucumbers from diseases, they are watered at the rate of 1 ml (20 drops) per 1 liter of water. The first time this is done when the first two leaves have appeared, and after 2 weeks the procedure is repeated, when there are already 3-4 leaves on the bush.

Instructions for use

As with any drug, this product should only be used after you have studied instruction... She not only describes in detail the composition - it gives clear norms for feeding tomatoes, cabbage, strawberries or other crops, as well as soaking seeds before planting.

Pay attention to the mechanism of action of peat oxidate depending on the stage of culture development. This is all indicated in the instructions, select the option you need. Please note that this fertilizer not only has a strong effect on the soil and plants, but also enhances the effect of other drugs.

It interacts well with fungicides, insecticides and other substances. The growth promoter can be applied as needed, when the environment requires it, or, if desired, a richer and faster harvest can be obtained.

In the latter case, it is necessary to start processing the seed even before planting. If you take onions, garlic or other garden herbs, then their seeds or heads must be soaked for a day in a solution of peat oxidate (1%). And then water it once a week (you can once every 10 days) with a solution of the same concentration.

With regular feeding, you can get a quarter more harvest, and the root crops themselves will be 15-17% larger than with the usual technology of their cultivation. As a result of top dressing with peat oxide, the plant enters each phase of its development 4–5 days earlier.

Do not think that in this way you end up with "stuffed" fruits. Peat oxidate is the purest natural product.

If you carefully read the instructions, you will see information that it contributes to a better accumulation of useful elements and at the same time reduces the amount of nitrates.

With regular use of such feeding, you will grow excellent quality environmentally friendly products with a balanced composition of vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. By the way, these vegetables will stay better and longer. To achieve the goal, follow the standards specified in the instructions for use, which necessarily goes with the drug.... Its absence should alert the buyer - this may indicate that you are being offered counterfeit products.

A real manufacturer will definitely write a guide for use, will tell in detail about when, in what quantity and for which plants it is better to use, he will definitely give all the norms for dissolving the concentrate in water.

In the next video you will find an overview of the universal fertilizer Rost.

Natalia, the first top dressing of pepper with the drug can be performed after transplanting the plant into the ground. This will help to more easily transfer adaptation to weather events and develop the root system. Then, if necessary, the seedlings are watered with 1% peat oxidate every 10 days.
