For hobbyist gardeners who see the factor of tomato fertility as a decisive factor, this newest variety will be indispensable. A useful aspect in making a decision will be a number of advantages for which this culture has become famous - the tomato Probably invisible.

Breeding history

This original variety appeared relatively recently, the work on its breeding was carried out under the guidance of the employees of Agrofirma Aelita LLC V. G. Kachainik, M. N. Gulkin, O. A. Karmanova, Matyunina. S. V. The culture tests ended in 2016, and it was entered into the State Register in 2018. The variety is approved for cultivation in many regions of the country both on open and protected soil.

Description of the variety

The culture is classified as an early maturing species (90-95 days from the time of germination), mainly intended for the production of salads.

The culture is determinant, that is, with restrictions on growth - in open ground it grows up to 25-35 cm, and in greenhouses it grows slightly higher. Bushes of a plant with excellent shoot-forming ability. The foliage is medium, the leaves are short, of dark greenish shades. On the articulating stalks, oval fruits with a slight ribbing are formed. Unripe fruits of light green color with darkened spots. Matured specimens get a bright red color.

A number of cultural pluses are noted:

  • compactness of bushes;

  • high yield;

  • the increased density of the skin allows the fruits not to crack even under the influence of heat treatment;

  • excellent keeping quality and transportability;

  • good resistance to diseases and sabotage attacks.

Minuses:

  • a certain capriciousness to certain agricultural techniques;

  • the plant is demanding for irrigation and feeding, especially at the stage of intensive development of the bushes.

As a characteristic feature of the culture, it is noted that it is capable of early formation of the first fruit cluster - after the fourth real leaf. In order to continue the full growth and development of the bushes, they use the transfer of the growth point to more powerful stepsons. For the variety, pinching is necessary.

The main qualities of the fruit

The fruits of the variety are bright red or with some pinkish tinge, rounded, slightly flattened. They have a fleshy pulp, seed chambers from 4 to 6. Strong skin hides a compacted consistency, so ripe fruits can be stored for a long time, keeping their commercial parameters. Fruit weight 15-20 g.

Taste characteristics

The taste of tomatoes is pleasantly sweet, with sourness. For this reason, these vegetables are best eaten fresh, but they are also good in various types of canning. Juices, tomato pastes and sauces are especially popular from fresh fruits.

Ripening and fruiting

Speaking about the ripening times, we note that there are significant discrepancies among experts and users, but the variety is declared as early ripening with ripening periods of 90-95 days. Harvesting dates - July-August.

Yield

The sonorous name of the culture - Apparently invisible - quite accurately characterizes its yield potential, a lot of fruits appear on the bushes.Without special care, 1.5-1.6 kg of fruits are harvested from one bush. But with proper care and competent molding, this result sometimes reaches 4.5 kg per bush. In conditions of protected ground, the yield increases significantly.

The timing of planting seedlings and planting in the ground

So that the bushes do not stretch out, do not start the flowering process on the windowsills, the seeds are sown at the end of March (two months before planting at a permanent growing site). Planting seedlings in the soil takes place from about May 15 to June 5. Here are the main agronomic measures.

  1. The shaping of the bushes is organized in 1-2 stems (the first 3 stepsons are eliminated).

  2. Regular feeding (once every 2 weeks). In June - organics, during flowering and fruiting, phosphorus-potassium substances are added. In August, the dosage of the formulations is reduced by 2 times.

  3. Abundant watering - 1-2 times a week (weather permitting).

  4. Timely weeding and loosening. Mulching between rows promotes good yields, is a preventive measure against diseases, stores moisture in the soil and reduces the incidence of diseases.

  5. During the growing season, some of the leaves that prevent the penetration of sunlight are removed from the bushes.

  6. Garter individual culture brushes is required.

Growing tomato seedlings is an extremely important process, because it largely depends on whether the gardener will be able to harvest at all. All aspects must be taken into account, from seedbed preparation to planting in the ground.

Landing scheme

The recommended planting density for bushes is 3 pcs. per 1 m2.

Planting a tomato is a very important and painstaking business. In order to get a good harvest of tomatoes, you need to competently approach the issue of planting. When planting a tomato in the ground, it is necessary to take into account many factors - correctly determine the timing, prepare the soil, correctly calculate the distance between plants, take into account the rules of crop rotation.

Growing and care

Apparently invisibly grown using seedlings. Seeds are bought or prepared on their own, treated with manganese before planting and treated with growth stimulants. Seedlings are planted in the second decade of March. Soil is poured into containers (containers) (black soil with humus or soil purchased in a store), irrigate it and deepen the seeds by 1-1.5 cm with a distance of 5-6 cm.Then the containers are closed with polyethylene and placed in a warm and darkened room ... After the sprouts appear, the film is removed, and the seedlings are exposed to the light. The required temperature regime is + 22… 26 degrees during the day, + 17… 18 degrees at night. For the full development of sprouts, at least 12-14 hours of lighting per day is required, therefore, phytolamp lighting is used.

Sprinkle seedlings (not with cold water) if the soil is dry (every 4-5 days). Top dressing with full development is not necessary. With slow growth, a solution of nitrophoska helps. After the appearance of the second true leaf, the plants dive in a 0.5 liter container.

For constant growth, they are transferred to another place 50-60 days after germination. Before planting, the plants are hardened by taking them out into the open air.

Tomatoes are planted on pre-prepared, grass-free and fertilized beds. The variety requires regular watering according to the scheme:

  • until flowers appear 3.5-4 liters per bush weekly;

  • after the beginning of the formation of ovaries, 3-3.5 liters per bush twice a week;

  • after the start of fruit ripening, they return to the first irrigation option.

Mulching is best done using cut grass. Top dressing is extremely relevant for the culture. Before the flowering process, we recommend watering it with a mullein, and at the beginning of the process using phosphorus and potassium compounds (30 g of each element per 10 liters of water). The variety forms many stepchildren, and the extra ones must be eliminated weekly. Due to significant yields, plants break down, for this reason tomatoes need props.

Watering tomatoes is not difficult. After planting, the plant is watered at such intervals that the soil remains moist. In dry weather, when there is no rain for a long time, watering can be carried out every day, but usually the beds with tomatoes are irrigated 2-3 times a week.
The methods of tying tomato bushes can vary significantly, depending on the availability of available material, the method of fixation, and also the variety. In general, it is recommended to adhere to the following scheme: first, the central stems are grabbed, and then, as the fruits ripen, the lateral branches.
One of the important conditions for tomato agricultural technology is the correct formation of the bush. The formation of tomato bushes means performing the following steps: pinching, pinching, trimming the leaves, normalizing the ovaries.

A plant needs different micronutrients at each stage of growth. All fertilizers can be divided into two groups: mineral and organic. Folk remedies are often used: iodine, yeast, bird droppings, eggshells.

It is important to observe the rate and period of feeding. This also applies to folk remedies and organic fertilizers.

Disease and pest resistance

Usually the variety rarely gets sick. When the culture thickens, the level of moisture increases, and with it the risk of fungal diseases (stolbur, spotting, and others). In this case, treatment with fungicides is required. We first remove diseased leaves and fruits.

Attacks on the variety of spider mites, bears, slugs, aphids are likely. Such attacks can be prevented with the help of insecticides (Malathion, Sichlora and others). Treatment of the soil with metal hydride and tobacco dust is effective against slugs. Chemical treatment of plants is usually stopped 20-25 days before harvesting.

Treatment and prevention of diseases and pests
When growing tomatoes in a greenhouse, diseases often occur due to a violation of the temperature regime and excessive humidity. The most common diseases are fungal (late blight, cladosporium, rot).
The fight against diseases and pests of tomatoes in open areas can be quite difficult. This is because nightshades are exposed to a wide variety of pathogens and insect pests.

Resistant to adverse weather conditions

The degree of resistance to various unfavorable growing conditions is at an average level.
