The Renet variety belongs to the standard variety. The bushes are undersized, their height can be both 40-45 and about 70 cm. But in general they are compact, small-sized. The first inflorescence is already formed above the 2nd leaf. The level of foliage is average. From 6 to 8 fruits ripen in a bunch.

Renette tomatoes are small, but they are all smooth, round, beautiful. When ripe, they will be red-crimson. The average weight of the berries is 70-80 g, while they are dense, do not crack. They have very good indicators of transportability, marketability and keeping quality.
Taste characteristics
Renette tomatoes are juicy, tasty, with sourness. At the beginning and in the middle of summer, they are indispensable for an early delicacy with fresh vegetables. They are used in salads, they are also suitable for pickling. Interestingly, they are preserved slightly unripe. And from fully ripe tomatoes, delicious tomato juice is obtained, as well as sauces, ketchups, soup dressings. Almost all types of processing are suitable for a vegetable.

Renet is a bright representative of super-early vegetables. Tomatoes can ripen as early as 80-85 days after germination. Harvesting dates can start in July, and they continue in August. According to this indicator, the variety will be ultra early.

The variety is considered fruitful: Renet produces 9 to 10 kilograms of high-quality tomatoes on an area of 1 square meter.
The timing of planting seedlings and planting in the ground
The Renet variety is versatile as it can be grown in many different ways. For example, Renet seeds can be sown directly into open ground between April 15 and 20, covered with foil. This is convenient for many, for example, urban residents who cannot grow seedlings in an apartment. However, in this case, the culture will bear fruit later, at the end of August.
Seedlings can be sown at different times. With the first seedling technology, Renet seeds can be sown in March, from 8 to 10. Then you can grow early vegetables - this is the first decade of July. Another sowing date is the 20th of April. Here, sowing goes inside the greenhouses. In this case, the harvest will ripen by the 20th of July, and will be processed into juice, paste, used for canning, as well as for obtaining seeds. The third option for sowing seeds takes place after May 10 in open ground.
Growing tomato seedlings is an extremely important process, because it largely depends on whether the gardener can harvest at all. All aspects must be taken into account, from seedbed preparation to planting in the ground.

Short and compact bushes of the Renet tomato variety tolerate thickened planting quite well. They can be placed quite close - 20 cm from each other, and there should be up to half a meter between the rows.

Further, apart from growing seedlings, this variety will not require any special care from the farmer. However, for the full development of seedlings, it is very important to create special conditions: parameters of humidity, illumination, air temperature. After the appearance of the first leaves, the seedlings are dived, and a few days before being transferred to an open area, they are hardened.
Renet bushes are low and not very spreading, so there is no need to tie or pinch them, and the culture ripens one of the first, moreover, in almost any weather.
