The upper shelves in other versions are not too important, much more useful are the lower superstructures, the choice of which should be given more attention.

Often, retractable blocks are supplemented with open areas, which make it possible to supply various office equipment. Particleboards and MDF are available and relatively cheap, they can create a great appearance, but they do not tolerate moisture and heat.

Glass is also completely safe in environmental and sanitary terms. It is outwardly beautiful, but expensive, easily deformed and broken, and gets dirty quickly. General conclusion: if you do not strive to demonstrate your uniqueness and luxury, but just want a reliable and functional table, you need to stay on chipboard.It is recommended to give preference to this inexpensive veneered material. With practical possibilities, materials and required dimensions, everything is more or less clear. But this data is not enough to choose a high-quality computer desk that will serve you for a long time.

• If you like to organize the space at home for your personal taste and often modify it, you should opt for a modular system. By removing and adding separate parts, it is very easy to transform it beyond recognition. The same solution, for obvious reasons, is recommended for people who often change computers, disassemble and reassemble them.
• Please note that custom designs cannot cost less than 10 thousand rubles. You must first understand whether you can pay the required amount and only then contact the master.
• For a small room, modular or corner solutions are ideal. It does not matter whether the workplace is created for a student or for an adult, it is imperative to take into account natural and artificial lighting. In this case, the table should become so that the sunlight falls on its surface from behind the sitters.

While functional considerations are important, aesthetic considerations should not be overlooked either. Monochrome designs are considered versatile. Almost any interior will be in harmony with them. It makes sense for young users to give a computer table that looks similar to bar counters or is decorated in accordance with another fresh and daring idea. In modernist interiors, a stepladder table will show its external appeal.

A computer desk-secretaire with a folding console (which, when folded, serves as a cabinet door), will logically fit into a minimalistic room. Attention: it is unlikely that you will be able to install a stationary computer.
