The Art Deco style appeared in Paris in the 1920s. It replaced the slightly annoying modernist style. It was distinguished by luxury, splendor and brightness of interiors, exclusive pieces of furniture, expensive antiques. The Second World War, the post-war years changed people's preferences for this style, but at the turn of the two centuries, interest in this direction arose again. Since in French the name of the style sounds like "decorative art", then not only the interior itself, but all pieces of furniture are selected based on this concept. This is a valuable wood, graceful silhouette, polished surface, inlay, author's painting. But a modern interpretation of the style has also added such interior components as imitation of luxury: the use of modern materials that copy expensive and natural materials - artificial leather, wood veneer with coloring for expensive species.

Often the tree is decorated with inlay: from mother of pearl, from inserts of precious wood species, from ivory. They can add shine to precious metals by silvering or gilding individual elements or the entire structure. Shine is also added with crystal inserts.

For the production of the underframe, legs, decorative elements, aluminum and stainless steel are also used.

The legs and underframes of an unusual shape immediately catch the eye like works of art. Curved, graceful or composed of geometric shapes, they are strikingly different from the classic straight table legs.

A distinctive feature is also exotic with African motives.

Along with zigzag, geometric patterns, lines, ovals, oriental ornaments and animal prints are widely used in decoration. There is no place for modesty, simple forms of furniture, floral designs.

The main colors of this style are contrasting black and white, as well as beige, gray, silver. The shade of aristocracy is given by such deep and saturated colors as burgundy, red, green, blue, golden. But usually these colors are added in small blotches.
