The LG washing machine can be a full-size model that has a front loading, or it can be a compact appliance where the loading type is vertical. The choice of model variations today is quite large, and their dimensions directly depend on the volume of the water tank and the type of load of laundry.

The standard height parameters for LG brand washing machines are 85 cm. Sometimes buyers look for cars with a height of 70 cm or 80 cm, but LG does not produce such models, but other manufacturers, for example, Candy, have them.

The height of 85 cm was chosen as a standard for a reason. This size fits most kitchen sets, where a washing machine is also built. In addition, such a height of washing equipment is ergonomically convenient for use by a person whose height is 1.70-1.75 m, which is a very common phenomenon.

It is this height of the kitchen set that provides comfort for the shoulder girdle and spine of a person, and the washing machine is ideal for this whole structure, as it will match the height of the tabletop.

If you plan to put washing appliances in the bathroom, then its height is not always a fundamentally important parameter. However, if you choose a model with a top load of laundry, then before buying it is worth making sure that nothing will interfere with the opening lid of the machine.

Most manufacturers of washing equipment, including LG, produce machines with a depth of 40 to 45 cm. The load of laundry depends on the capacity of the tank and varies from 4 to 7 kg. Standard-sized machines make it possible to wash not only small, but also large things, so many buyers prefer them when buying.

Non-standard models of washing machines allow you to wash more laundry in one cycle, but the cost of such equipment is much higher than that of standard-sized counterparts.

Narrow models are designed for easy integration into cabinet furniture, while the volume of their tank allows washing no more than 2-3.5 kg of linen in one cycle.

An example of a narrow modification of LG washing equipment is the WD-101175SD model. Its depth is 36 cm, width is 60 cm. It is a built-in model with a spinning speed of up to 1000 rpm.

During the presence of LG on the Russian market, miniature models of washing machines had a depth of 34 cm. An example of such a technique is the LG WD-10390SD model. It is worth noting that compact versions of washing equipment, due to the small size of the tank and drum, have a rather weak spin and low quality of washing, but the price will be at the level of the standard model.
