1. Switch on the device.
2. Load laundry, close hatch, add detergent.
3. Select a washing program.
4. Press the lock button.
5. The key icon appears on the display.
6. Start washing mode.
7. Wait until it ends.
8. Release the childproof lock by pressing the corresponding button.
9. Turn off the machine.

If the repair has not been carried out or the cause of the error has not been eliminated, you will not be able to reset the error code. Please remember that different Bosch machine models have different combinations for resetting the error. To reset the error on Bosch Classixx series clippers, you must perform the following steps.

1. Switch on the device.
2. The program selection lever must be in the off position.
3. While holding the power button with one hand, turn the program selection lever 2 divisions to the left with the other.
4. Wait about 2 seconds and release the power button.
5. The display should show the time of the selected mode. On models without a digital display, if the error is cleared, all lights should flash at the same time.

If the machine cannot be unlocked the first time and the error remains on the display, you can repeat the manipulation several times in a row until the error is cleared. For Bosch models in the Maxx 5 line, the error reset is done with a completely different combination.

1. Initially, the rotary program selection lever must be in the off position.
2. Move the lever to the "Spin" mark.
3. Press the "RPM" button and hold it.
4. While holding the button, move the lever to the "drain" mark.
5. Count 3 seconds and lower the "RPM" button.
6. Immediately move the lever to the Super Fast position.
7. After 2 seconds, move the lever to the off position. Turn counterclockwise.

After the performed actions, the error should disappear. If the lock can be removed, the machine will operate in any of the modes. It should be remembered that all manipulations must be carried out quickly. If it doesn't work the first time, you can make a few more attempts. Resetting the lock of another popular series of Bosch Logixx 8 washing machines is carried out in the following sequence.

1. Switch on the device.
2. Put the control lever in the "Spin" mode.
3. Wait a few seconds until you hear a beep and an error appears.
4. Press the button with the drawn arrow pointing to the left, press and hold for 4 seconds.
5. Then quickly move the lever to the "Drain" mark.
6. Release the arrow button and move the control lever to the off position.

In addition to blocking the machine control system, you can often encounter the problem of blocking the hatch. The cause of this problem may be a breakdown of the mechanism that latches the door or a clogged hose for draining the water. If the door does not open within half an hour after the end of washing, it is useless to pull it or switch modes. If the door is jammed, you need to bend the latch that locks it. A strong line can help open the hatch:

• disconnect the machine from the power supply;
• the line must be passed between the body and the door;
• gently pulling it, you need to try to push the latch.
