    Criterias of choice

When choosing a Casper suit, all possible factors must be taken into account. First of all, it is recommended to purchase only products that certified in the Russian Federation, having individual packaging. In this form, the suit can be stored for up to 5 years: after the expiration date, the preservation of its properties is not guaranteed. That is why you need to carefully check date of release of a batch of products.

When purchasing overalls for staff, you do not have to look for separately male and female models - tailored to suit the convenience of workers of each gender... But the size range will have to be taken into account. Usually it starts with sizes M - 44-46, the maximum is 5XL, which corresponds to a chest circumference of 140 cm.

When choosing a jumpsuit, you need to consider it growth characteristics. They are indicated with a hood, in separate suits - up to the neckline. Options L (170 cm), XL (176 cm) are considered standard.

The density of the spunbond also matters. If we are talking about ordinary household work or other activities that are not associated with a long stay in a potentially hazardous environment, it is enough to choose a suit with indicators of 40-60 g / m2.

For special operating conditions and PPE must be appropriate. The higher the density, the lower the risk of accidental rupture or damage to the material.

How to put on and use correctly?

In order for the "Casper" suit to fully demonstrate its protective properties, it must be properly operated. To put on the jumpsuit, it is recommended that you follow the step-by-step instructions.

    1. Take the product out of the packaging. Check its integrity, straighten it.
    2. Zip up and open. The clasp should not bite or come loose.
    3. Check the pockets of the workwear for any sharp, piercing objects. If this is not done, the suit may be damaged while wearing.
    4. Put on removable shoes or protective overshoes on your feet, in which work will be carried out.
    5. Put on a jumpsuit on your feet. Gently straighten it to the waist. Pass your arms through the sleeves, protect your head with a hood.
    6. ZIP up. Protect hands with appropriate PPE.
    7. During work, it is forbidden to fasten the parts of the suit with pins or other sharp objects. Do not leave flammable liquids, lighters, aerosol cans in his pockets.
    8. In food and other industries with increased requirements for sanitation and hygiene, protective clothing must be removed before visiting the toilet room.
    9. Upon completion of the work, the suit is carefully removed. It is rolled up with the outside inward, placed in a polyethylene wrap.

It is important to remember that, according to the requirements of sanitary and hygienic standards, upon completion of work at the enterprise, personnel should take off disposable suits only in a specially designated room. The used suit is sent to the waste disposal tank. When used at home, the Casper overalls are thrown away and stored separately from household waste. You can put it in a sealed bag. PPE is not reused.
