Production

Such siding has recently existed on the Russian market, but it has become very popular among consumers. The materials offered by Fineber are highly appreciated not only in Russia, but also in foreign countries. Since a very wide range of such finishing materials is available to consumers, they have the opportunity to implement a variety of architectural projects.
Tools and preparation
If you are going to install Fineber siding elements, you will need to first prepare the necessary fixtures and fittings.
You will need the following tools:
- building hair dryer (such a device does not have to be used in all cases);
- nails with a hidden head and a galvanized coating or self-tapping screws;
- building level;
- hammer;
- yardstick;
- screwdriver;
- Circular Saw;
- electric drill;
- small-toothed hacksaw.
First of all, you will need to carefully prepare the facade walls before carrying out installation work: clean off the old plaster from the surface, make it as even as possible.
It should be remembered that the installation results largely depend on how much effort was put into preparing the base.
Frame
Siding panels should be mounted on a frame created from a metal profile or a wooden beam. It will be necessary to assemble it in advance, in preparation for the implementation of installation work. At a distance of 10 cm from the corner of the building, fix the vertical planks to set the outer corners. Then fix the cross members between the vertical profile (step - 400 mm). Fasten the frame slats using a level so that the structure is as flat as possible.
Installation and auxiliary profiles
The most suitable installation method for Fineber facade siding is horizontal installation from left to right, bottom to top. Products are mounted alternately on each surface: after finishing with one wall, move on to the other. Strict sequence in the implementation of installation work is the key to a good result.
Do not combine siding panels from different batches on the same surface. Since auxiliary profiles and facade panels can become narrower or wider under the influence of temperatures, a gap should be left between the vertical battens and the ends of the siding.
Nails or screws do not need to be tightened or hammered very tightly. If you fix them in this way, the bar can move freely as the temperature changes. Do not install panels if the air temperature is too low.
Siding panels should be cut to size using a circular saw or a fine-toothed saw. It is necessary to cut the product along the texture seam, starting from the mounting holes. Everything must be done as carefully as possible so that the surface of the product is not damaged.Begin attaching the vertical auxiliary profile from top to bottom.
Starter bar and outer corner
The starter bar must be horizontal. Determine the place where it will be located should be using the building level. So you can do everything as accurately as possible.
You need to start setting the outer corner from the left corner of the surface. Make sure the bottom edge of the starter bar matches the bottom of the corner. The angle setting should be started from the top of the façade wall.
Facade panels
Insert the first panel into the starter strip and place it in the groove on the corner strip. Wind the panel loosely to create a small gap. Snap all locks on the starter bar. Trim the last and first panels in the row (angle - ninety degrees). To do this, place the siding panel on the frame without securing it. Then mark the lines along which the bottom and top panels should be cut.
Using nails or self-tapping screws, fix the panels to the frame through special holes.
Fineber siding panels are durable, very high-quality facing materials that manufacturers create, taking into account the climatic conditions in Russia. The optimal ratio of quality and cost of such products is very attractive for users.
Since the company offers a large number of colors of similar products, you can choose exactly the option that best fits into the overall design of the building. With the implementation of installation work, you can easily cope on your own, without asking for help from specialists. However, some experience is important: you need to understand the nuances of installing such materials. Then you won't be disappointed with the results.
