An old household vacuum cleaner must be unmounted by removing the casters and the front. Its case must be adjusted in size to the box, which will become the basis of your new device. Then the trimmed body should be bolted to the bottom of the plastic box.

A 3M filter is fixed in front of it - furniture corners can be used for more reliable fixation. The suction hose is connected to the filter with an elbow.
