Vacuum cleaners with a Shivaki aquafilter are the brainchild of the Japanese concern of the same name and are deservedly popular all over the world. The demand for the units is due to the excellent build quality, well-thought-out design and quite affordable price.

Peculiarities

Shivaki has been manufacturing household appliances since 1988 and is one of the oldest suppliers of appliances in the world market. Over the years, the company's specialists have taken into account the critical comments and wishes of consumers, as well as implemented a large number of innovative ideas and advanced technologies. This approach allowed the company to become one of the world leaders in the production of vacuum cleaners and to open its production facilities in Russia, South Korea and China.

Today the company is part of the international holding AGIV Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and produces modern high-quality vacuum cleaners and other household appliances.

A distinctive feature of most Shivaki vacuum cleaners is the presence of a water filter that precipitates dust, as well as a HEPA fine cleaning system that retains particles up to 0.01 microns in size. Thanks to this filtration system, the air leaving the vacuum cleaner is very clean and practically does not contain dust suspensions. As a result, the cleaning efficiency of such units is 99.5%.

In addition to samples with aquafilters, the company's assortment includes units with a classic dust bag, for example, Shivaki SVC-1438Y, as well as devices with a Cyclone filtration system, such as Shivaki SVC-1764R... Such models are also in high demand and are somewhat cheaper than vacuum cleaners with a water filter. It is impossible not to note the appearance of the units. Thus, each new model is produced in its own color, has a compact size and is distinguished by a stylish case design.

Advantages and disadvantages

The high demand and a large number of approving reviews for Shivaki vacuum cleaners are understandable.

  • They have profitable price, which is much lower than that of the models of other famous manufacturers.
  • In terms of quality, Shivaki units are in no way inferior to the same German ones or Japanese samples.
  • Another important advantage of the devices is in minimal power consumption at a fairly high performance... Most of the models are equipped with 1.6-1.8 kW motors, which is the most optimal indicator for household class models.
  • It should also be noted a large number of attachments, providing the ability to carry out different types of cleaning, thanks to which the units cope equally effectively with both hard floor coverings and upholstered furniture. This allows vacuum cleaners to be used both for domestic purposes and as an office option.

However, like any other household appliance, Shivaki still has its drawbacks. These include a fairly high noise level of models, which does not allow them to be classified as silent vacuum cleaners. So, in some samples, the noise level reaches 80 dB or more, while a noise that does not exceed 70 dB is considered a comfortable indicator. For comparison, the noise produced by two people talking is in the order of 50 dB. However, in fairness it should be noted that Not all Shivaki models are noisy, and for many of them the noise figure still does not exceed the comfortable 70 dB.

Another disadvantage is the need to wash the aquafilter after each use.If this is not done, then dirty water quickly stagnates and begins to smell unpleasant.
