All About Marker Film

It is possible that after that you will have a desire to use this product for your home - it has many advantages over a regular slate board and is indispensable for learning and creativity.

If your children are passionate about drawing on the walls of an apartment, it's time to think about purchasing a more convenient and practical canvas for them to show their creative abilities. For this, a marker film made of a universal polymer with a minimum thickness - PET - is ideal.

Advantages and distinctive properties of the material.

• Compared to the usual polyvinyl chloride film, which is not so durable, the thermoplastic polyethylene terephthalate product has a long service life, is absolutely harmless, and you can easily remove the inscriptions and images made with a marker from it. Such products are free from glare and have a matte surface.
• Modern film for drawing with a marker is a new option for decorating various surfaces, it has different characteristics, sizes and colors. For the training board, black material is most often used, and transparent or white film is perfect for shielding.
• Any of these materials, due to their static properties, can be quickly and easily glued to a variety of objects and bases, as long as they are even. But marker and other types of films have one drawback. Although all existing types of markers are suitable for creating drawings on this hard, smooth material, you should not use a permanent felt-tip pen for temporary recordings and images - it is maximally resistant to any external influences, so it is almost impossible to wash it off the PET surface.

The most common option, which is relevant for use in educational institutions and at home, is a white film. Colored types of this material are almost never found on the market, since they are rarely used. The following varieties are especially popular.

• Matt marker products. Resistant to dirt, has good moisture resistance, has a long service life and is easy to clean. Some of its types contain a layer of foamed plastic, which smooths out surface irregularities with a certain relief.

• Transparent film is in special demand., it makes it possible to design a wide variety of surfaces and materials, such as metal, wallpaper, wood, painted wall panels.

• Magnetic marker, glossy, white. This type of material is durable, allows it to be used for holding magnets, for drawing and writing with water-based markers. The magnetic layer of the film is magnetic vinyl.

• Magnetic chalk film. It is usually black in color, quickly glued on and dries up within half a day, after which you can paint on it.

Marker film is an innovative invention, which, first of all, allows you to use it in kindergartens, schools, institutes and other educational institutions for visual explanation of developmental and educational information. But this is not the only way to use it:

• often the material is used in kindergartens, since it is safer for babies, unlike slate products, which can fall off with poor-quality fastening;
• at home there are many ideas for placing these light, convenient products - they are suitable for protecting entrance and interior doors during renovation, they can be placed on a closet, walls and even on a window as a decor;
• marker type of material with a leveling layer - an ideal base for applying decorative films or wallpaper;
• magnetic film is appropriate not only as a cover for a refrigerator, but also suitable for door and floor decoration; it is often attached to the wall, using it as an external stand for storing jewelry;
• in many modern schools, the chalkboard has already been replaced by an improved marker version;
• you can cut interesting shapes from magnetic chalk, flexible film, use it as a blackboard for teaching, reminders and notes.

It is more convenient to write on marker tape, you can erase notes and drawings with one movement. This durable material is not subject to mechanical damage and moisture. You should not leave such a useful product unattended - after all, it was created in order to improve and make our life easier.
