Modern production technologies help manufacturers create a wide range of materials for interior decoration. In the old days, paper wallpaper was considered the prerogative of wealthy people, the dream of ordinary people, but times do not stand still.

Vinyl, non-woven, liquid, textile - now you can choose wallpaper for every taste taking into account financial capabilities. But this list needs to be continued. Wellton fiberglass, which appeared on the building materials market relatively recently, in a short period of time managed to take a leading position among other materials for decoration.

How is it produced?

The technology for the production of glass wallpaper looks like this: from a special kind of glass, blanks in the form of small cubes are created. Next, the glass elements are melted at a temperature of about 1200 degrees, dolomite, soda, lime are added and thin threads are pulled from the resulting mass, from which the original fabric is subsequently woven. Thus, the whole process of creating an innovative decor is like working on a loom.

The glass fabric turns out to be soft, it does not in any way resemble a breakable material, and it is no longer possible to compare it with glass.

The finished canvas is impregnated with natural additives (they are based on starch, the manufacturers keep the other components of the recipe secret, but guarantee their natural origin), due to which the product is environmentally friendly.
