Diesel motor pumps are special units that are used to automatically pump various liquids and transport them over long distances. Features and working principle
The main working structure of all motor pumps is the same - a centrifugal pump and a diesel internal combustion engine. The principle of operation of the unit is that special blades are fixed on the shaft rotating from the engine, located at a certain angle - opposite to the movement of the shaft. Due to this arrangement of the blades, when rotating, they capture the liquid substance and feed it through the suction pipe into the transfer hose. The liquid is then transported along the transfer or ejection hose in the desired direction.
The intake of liquid and its supply to the blades is carried out thanks to a special diaphragm. During the rotation of the diesel engine, the diaphragm begins to contract and creates a certain pressure in the structure - it produces a vacuum.
Due to the resulting internal high pressure, suction and further pumping of liquid substances is ensured. Despite their small size and simple design, diesel motor pumps have high power, long-term trouble-free operation and good performance.
