Before using any motor equipment for the first time, it must be run-in. It is produced at a reduced speed and in gentle modes for at least 10 hours. Upon completion of the running-in, it is imperative to replace the oil filled in the unit. During further operation, the engine oil must be changed after every 250 hours of operation. The material used must comply with SAE 10W-40. It is recommended to change the lubricant in the transmission every 500 hours of equipment use. The manufacturer recommends using the 85W-90 GL-5 brand for this.

In addition to changing the oil, regular maintenance should include:

• cleaning from contamination at the end of work;
• checking the air pressure in the tires.

In case of possible malfunctions, first of all, you need to check:

• the quality of the fuel used and the oil level in the engine and transmission;
• no noticeable damage to the fuel system;
• the condition of the spark plugs and wires of the ignition system;
• the condition of the fasteners (whether the bolts have loosened);
• no breaks in belts transmitting torque;
• correct carburetor adjustment.

Separately, it is worth considering the features of choosing a shovel blade. Currently, the following classes of this equipment are presented on the Russian market:

• dumps made in China - are distinguished by their low price and many disadvantages, such as small width, lack or weakness of protection against collisions with obstacles, poor quality of the applied coating;
