The design of a three-room apartment often raises many questions. But do not think that it is very difficult to arrange such a room in a modern style. There are several points that will ensure aesthetic perfection and practical convenience in it for any person.

The design of a three-room apartment in a modern style is much easier to form than it seems to many people. Along with the beauty of the external appearance, you need to strive in every possible way for the comfort of the environment. The layout is adapted to the needs of the tenants, rather than trying to match their needs to the available opportunities. Most often, three areas are distinguished:

• under a night's sleep;

• for daytime rest;

• for general needs (where the whole family will gather, they will receive guests, and so on).

It should contain clothes and shoes. It is also impossible to do without a shoe shelf and a large mirror.

In the kitchen, the table is the starting point for planning. It is complemented by a headset. All other components are already rather subordinate in nature.

The layout of the guest room should take into account the need for maximum illumination. The layout of apartments with an area of ​​75 or 80 square meters deserves a separate discussion. m. The main criteria here will be:

Then it turns out to be a great room for both cooking and parties. The culinary area itself is divided into 3 main parts:

• storage area (refrigerator and cabinets);

• work area (with plates and other large equipment);

• sink (usually built into a worktop or cabinet).

A variety of materials and technical solutions can be used in a modern style. But at the same time, the decoration has strict canons. In particular, it must comply with the principles of minimalism; you need to expand the space as much as possible.

Everything that is not needed, even if "very much like" or "in memory of the past" - must be hidden. Geometrically modern interior is always a combination of clear (preferably straight) lines and simple shapes - circles, rhombuses, triangles and so on.

There is an opinion that a modern interior is necessarily created in light colors. This is a delusion created by inexperienced designers or from a misunderstanding of specific examples. You can and should use any colors, so long as they look calm and harmonious.

They often try to achieve expressive black and white contrast. Red areas are perfectly acceptable as accents.

Deep blue the color is also good for this purpose. You can use any other bright elements as long as they fit into the overall composition.

Many designers suggest using as a compromise beige walls. They do not look too gloomy, and at the same time, they do not differ in increased soiling.

It will be easier to create a modern interior if you use a single set for the entire apartment at once. Some firms offer this service.It is advisable to think at the very beginning whether the furniture will be used for zoning, and if so, how exactly. Do not limit yourself to the framework of strict minimalism. One object slightly deviating from its canons will dramatically improve the perception of the room.

​​​​​​Chairs or armchairs from the set can be used, but this is a boring, boring move (even if the set itself is interesting). A deliberate violation of the aesthetic canon will be much clearer. But eclecticism must be carefully controlled. And if it is not possible to consult an experienced designer, it is better not to risk it, but to choose the standard version.
