The design of a three-room apartment opens up very wide design possibilities. But only a scrupulous consideration of the basic rules allows you to avoid many problems. And you need to think over the scheme sequentially: first the layout, then the furniture used, and only then the general style.

The apartment has an area of ​​61 sq. m. it is also advised to use headsets of laconic forms in discreet light colors.

The furnishing of an apartment of 70 sq. m. It is appropriate to put there:

• tables with chairs;

• coffee tables (in the guest areas);

• compact wardrobes;

• full beds (the area allows you not to suffer with folding sofas anymore).

Classics and Provence will look appropriate in any home. For young people, hi-tech is more appropriate. If there are not enough funds for it, you can arrange an apartment in the spirit of simple minimalism. Other recommendations:

• loft is ideally compatible with high ceilings;

• the Scandinavian style will suit those "torn" between naturalness and softness;

• eco-style is useful if fresh air and closeness to nature are in the first place.
