It is quite possible to create a modern design even in a one-room apartment with an area of ​​30 sq. m. You just need to take into account the basic requirements and basic nuances. The most difficult problems in the design of a small apartment can be circumvented if you know how to do it.

Elaboration of the design of a one-room apartment with an area of ​​30 sq. m. in a modern style you will have to start just by determining the optimal layout and rational zoning scheme... And sometimes such a small area leads the owners of the "Khrushchev" to despair. But there is an excellent way out of the situation: the creation of a studio apartment. Having selected these rooms, they begin to design them from the kitchen. They try to make it as compact and comfortable as possible at the same time. To achieve this goal, furniture with built-in appliances is used. Through the use of a window sill, an additional work or dining area is created.

A miniature office (home workspace) is advised to be allocated closer to the window. It is also worth taking care that this area is decorated with the required number of lamps. For work, you can use a sliding table, including shelves. Another option is to use a niche as a miniature cabinet. To focus on this area, it is trimmed in a special way.

Entrance hall in apartments of 30 sq. m. area cannot be large. Most often, a pantry or dressing area with a pantry function is distinguished in it. Sliding doors are installed there, and this solution allows you to replace the wardrobe. Mirrors and single mirror elements help to visually expand the room. In the hallway without a pantry, separate wardrobes are placed - also with mirrors. Bathrooms are designed identically to the rest of the room and achieve maximum functionality.
