Before the final finishing on the balcony, you need to carry out construction work: install warm glazing, insulate the balcony with mineral wool or foam plates, carry out a warm floor, additional sockets and lighting. In addition, you can make a balcony or loggia a full-fledged part of the apartment, increasing the space of the room.

The arrangement of furniture is one of the important parts when arranging a studio apartment. Questions arise: where to put the wardrobe, kitchen set, sofa or bed, as well as a work table.

It is best to choose multifunctional furniture: a sofa bed, a folding table, a shelf table or a wardrobe partition.

The table in the studio can be replaced by a bar counter. Instead of a bed, it is better to install a sofa bed, and also put an armchair-bed in the apartment. If you know that you often have guests, it is best to have a spare cot in your closet.

A full-fledged wardrobe is suitable for a studio apartment.

In the bathroom, it is best to abandon the installation of a bathtub, replacing it with a shower. In this case, you will save space for installing the washing machine.

There are several color schemes that are most suitable for the design of small apartments. It is best to use two or three colors in addition to the main one. At the same time, the choice of two colors is considered the most economical and strict, and an additional third shade gives the apartment a certain freedom of style in design.

The basic shade should be the most in the apartment. If you choose white, then in the apartment you should have several white walls. Choosing a second color gives the apartment a depth of color. Furniture in these colors can be installed in the apartment, a window or one wall can be decorated. The second color should differ slightly from the base shade.

In apartments with a high ceiling (from 3 meters), a second tier is made to use the premises in all respects. The levels are connected with a small staircase. On the "second" floor, you can equip a sleeping or work place.

When renovating the premises, consider the placement of the outlets. This is a very important point, which later will help you a lot in everyday life. Make a separate line for each room and for serious electrical appliances - a machine (both washing and dishwasher), lighting, underfloor heating, etc.

The best is the combination of two colors - base + accents. In this case, the apartment will not be overloaded with bright additions.

Make the most of the premises. If you have a balcony or loggia, then attach it to the apartment or insulate it to create an isolated room. Any extra square meter in a small apartment will help you create a unique design for your apartment.
