So, let's deal with the very concept of "gas lift". A gas lift is a mechanism that plays the role of a lift of the elements attached to it. Visually, this design looks like this: it somewhat resembles an automobile shock absorber and consists of a cylinder, clamps and a running arm.

It is possible that a person has already bought a bed, but does not know what kind of gas lift to put on it.
