The largest strawberry varieties

Among the many varieties of strawberries, large varieties are especially popular. They do not require any separate care, but at the same time they are capable of producing a good harvest. Distinctive features of such varieties are:

• powerful bush;
• strong enough roots;
• large berries: the weight of individual specimens exceeds 100 g, and in size one berry can take up an entire palm of an adult;
• the ability to produce crops without replanting and other manipulations for 5 years.

There are also disadvantages. The main one is that with insufficient lighting and at low air temperatures, large fruits will not have time to ripen. From an excess of moisture, large fruits are more prone to rot.
