Another likely source of vibration is problems inside the gearbox itself; additionally, it is worth checking the gear teeth, burrs and chips that appear on them.

In the absence of such defects, the quality of the mounting flanges must be checked. It is not always possible to notice deviations from the norm visually. Sometimes it is only after replacing the flanges with new ones that it is revealed that the reason was precisely in them. The smallest, subtle irregularities can appear both inside the flanges (where they are mounted on the shaft), and in the area where the steel washer is attached. If these measures do not help, you should immediately contact the professionals.

It is categorically impossible to work with an angle grinder, which has a damaged start button. This can jam the cutting discs. It is advisable to avoid unnecessarily overheating the tool and to use only compatible discs. The lubricant is changed at the time prescribed by the manufacturer.
