It is required to chamfer from the turned side of the end face, then lubricate the axle and press it onto the bearing. Similarly, it is worth making the second axis.
4. From the prepared pipe, lugs are made for the frame in the shape of the letter P. Bearings will be inserted into it. On the inside of the pipe, you need to make a bore and cut it into 2 parts.
5. The lugs must be lubricated and pressed onto the bearings.
6. Each of the axles, equipped with a bearing and an eyelet, should be welded with the end part to the disc in the central part.
7. The discs must be welded to the ends of the prepared drum. The degree of tightness of the seams can be checked by filling the drum with water.
8. It is necessary to weld a U-shaped frame from rolled steel. The dimensions of the structure must correspond to the dimensions of the drum.
9. The produced frame must be welded to the lugs.
10. It is worth connecting a T-shaped handle to the frame, which is welded from a tube with a diameter of 2 cm.
11. A hose must be put on the handle on both sides. This measure contributes to the ease of use of the unit.
12. If necessary, the frame can be reinforced with reinforcement braces.
13. For additional loosening, spikes, bolts or dowels should be welded onto the drum surface.
