Then, racks are attached on both sides of the opening. The horizontal rails are fixed with bolts and corner connecting plates. They are twisted, pressing them tightly to the surface. This is how the frame is assembled. Upon completion of this operation, proceed to the assembly of the sections themselves.

Gate manufacturers have made the assembly process easier. There is no need to mark or drill holes for the mounting panels as they are already available. Place side supports, hinges and corner brackets (in the bottom panel). The structure is placed on the bottom panel, which needs to be adjusted horizontally, and fixed with self-tapping screws.

The next section is taken.It is necessary to fix the side holders on it and connect to the inner hinges. The side supports are placed in the previously made holes. The roller bearings, holders and corner brackets are then fixed to the top panel. All elements are very tightly fastened to avoid breakage of structures and their loosening. The holes in the section must match the holes at the bottom of the hinges.

The panels are inserted into the opening one after another. Installation starts from the bottom section; it is fixed in the guides with the sides. The panel itself should go over the sides of the door opening with its side edges in the same way. Rollers are placed on the corner brackets in the roller holders.

Separately, in the room, the fixing profiles are assembled and set in place in a vertical position. The racks are attached to the side parts of the opening. After that, all horizontal and vertical guides are fastened with a special plate. A frame is formed. Periodically, the panel is checked with a level so that it is placed strictly horizontally.

After attaching the lower section, the middle section is attached, then the upper one. All of them are connected together by screwing the hinges. At the same time, the correct operation of the upper rollers is regulated, the canvas at the top should fit as tightly as possible to the lintel.

The next step is to fasten the support riser to the assembled gate with self-tapping screws.

On both sides of the section there are places for fastening the cable, which is fixed in them. In the future, it is used to operate the torsion mechanism. In the process of work, you need to install the rollers in the places intended for them. After that, the assembly of the shaft and drum is done. The drum is installed on the shaft, the torsion mechanism (springs) is also placed there.

Next, the top section is placed. The shaft is fixed in a previously prepared bearing. The free ends of the cables are fixed in the drum. The cable is pulled into a special channel, which is provided by the gate design. The drum is fastened with a special sleeve.

The next stage of work involves adjusting the rear torsion springs. Buffers are installed in the middle of the opening, the cross-piece web is fixed to the ceiling beam using corners for fasteners. Further on the outside, the place is marked where the handle and latch will be attached. Fix them with a screwdriver.

A sleeve is put on the shaft, and a drive is placed on the guide on top and the entire structure is connected together. The bracket and the rod are attached to the profile and fastened with self-tapping screws.

The final assembly operation is the installation of a guide profile, which must be above all ceiling profiles. Next to the drive is a beam with fasteners, on which the second end of the cable is ultimately fixed.

Tensioning the cables is the final step in the entire workflow. After this stage, the door system, mounted and installed by hand, is checked for operability.

Automation of any structures is carried out using a drive and a control unit. The selection of the drive depends on the frequency of their use and the weight of the shutters. The connected automatics are controlled by means of a key fob, a programmed remote control, a button or a switch. Also, structures can be equipped with an electric drive with a manual (crank) lifting system.
