I-beams 20K1 and their application

I-beam 20K1 is demanded metal profile, which is actively used in construction and industry... The product can easily be distinguished from other types of I-beams due to the features of the section. It is worth considering the main features of rental and characteristics.

I-beam 20K1 is a columnar beam made of black shaped rolled metal. This type of profile is usually called I-beam, the only difference from analog products is the improved shape of the cross-section of the beam in the form of the letter "H" with elongated shelves and a shortened wall. The profile name contains the following data:

• the height - it is 20 cm;
• nomenclature or purpose - I-beams are used for the arrangement of columns;
• profile size - unit means the first profile size of the product.

The production of I-beams is carried out in workshops using modern equipment and proven techniques prescribed in state standards. Column I-beams 20K1 differ from other products in their structure, which was mentioned earlier. Among the main parameters of such rental, the following are distinguished.

• Excellent work in both compression, tension and bending. Rolled steel does not deform under the influence of impressive loads, demonstrating excellent stability indicators.

• fillet radius - 13.

The mass of 1 running meter of metal is 41.4 kg. Also, GOST prescribes strength indicators and other data that can be useful in calculating the cross-section of a structure or base. A columnar I-beam differs from other beams with a similar section, for which it is appreciated by builders.

• in the form of belts for the construction of construction or roof trusses of industrial buildings;
• as elements of the upper or lower chords of welded beams, which act as crane runways;
• in the belts of trusses of spanning overall structures and pipelines.
