• does not give the attacker the opportunity to see the lock mechanism;
• does not allow to look inside the room through the well;
• complicates the task of picking a master key;
• does not make it possible to spoil the hole for the lock, for example, seal it up or fill it with acid.

The principle of operation of such structures is simple. The curtain on the magnetic strip can be rotated or moved to the side. It is activated by a key equipped with a special mechanism. Only with it can you unlock an element that is moving.

Currently, many door manufacturers use Italian locks, which are distinguished by reliable mechanisms and are quite simple to install.
