Russian legislation, despite the careful regulation of legal relations in the field of construction, in some cases simplifies the procedure for the construction of a number of structures.

If you carefully study Article 51 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, then according to clause 17, the issuance of permits is not required if:

• the construction of objects that are not included in the category of capital construction structures is taking place;

• buildings and structures for auxiliary purposes are being erected on the site.

The process involves several stages.

1. Foundation device. This stage is intended for buildings that are installed directly on the site and are more durable in nature. As a foundation, you can use a tape or a columnar structure that raises the floor of the change house above the ground. Such a solution will prevent damage to the structure of the temporary building, and also make the change house warmer in winter. The average lifting height must be at least 30 cm.

2. Walls. The most preferable option is walls made of profiled sheet, wood or brick.The latter material is suitable if it is planned to use the erected structure in the future as an additional living space. And also some use frame technology for the construction of walls, which involves the installation of supports from a bar, followed by filling the openings with plasterboard or other materials.

3. Roof. There shouldn't be any difficulties here. The main thing is to make one wall higher than the other before installing the roof. It is better to use corrugated board as a roof.

When the main parts of the temporary structure are assembled, you can move on to finishing the floor and walls. Before finishing work, it is recommended to insulate the floor, walls and ceiling so that it is comfortable in the temporary room both in summer and in winter.
