Lemken cultivators: varieties and operating rules
The cultivator is a special and irreplaceable unit in agriculture for cultivating arable land. They are divided into steam technology, designed to work with the soil before sowing, and tilled technology - if the soil has already been sown with something. The cultivator loosens the soil with its paws, while chopping up the weeds with knives. There are many companies that produce agricultural machinery, but the German company Lemken is the largest manufacturer and supplier of cultivators in Russia.
Lemken
The company was founded in 1780 and started as a family foundry. Lemken is now a popular international manufacturer of industrial machinery in the field of agriculture for field cultivation, seeding and hilling. The largest assembly plants of the company are located in countries such as China, India, Germany and, of course, Russia.
Lemken equipment is recognized in the fields not only for its signature blue color, but also for its quality and its high performance. In the production of its cultivators, the company combines traditions that are carefully passed from generation to generation, and the most modern innovative technologies.
Thanks to this, consumers receive a high level of yield and reliable equipment that lasts for a very long time.
Varieties of products
Smaragd Gigant 10/1000
The Smaragd Gigant is a versatile disc cultivator for working on medium to light soils. This model is manufactured exclusively with mechanical overload protection. Its characteristic feature is the presence of a small, neat mechanism with large spacing between the tines, which guarantees free passage of the soil and excellent performance.
High quality work is ensured by the right mix of high quality working parts. The double-girder frame allows easy adjustment of the tillage depth. In contrast to the Gigant 800, the 10/1000 has a larger working width, weight and thus more power.
Rubin 9
The Rubin 9 model also belongs to disc cultivators, the work of which allows obtaining high-quality loosening of the soil to a depth of 12 centimeters. Such deepening guarantees a reduction in water loss due to its evaporation from the ground.
Thus, this cultivator is best suited for stubble cultivation at high working capacities.
Kompaktor S400
The Kompaktor S400 cultivator is a striking representative of the Lemken pre-sowing machines for pre-cultivation of the soil, which provides an even basis for crops. The depth of cultivation of the soil, thanks to the rigid stands and tines, varies from 2 to 12 centimeters. The model is characterized by such parameters as a working width equal to four meters, a mounted method of aggregation and a tractor power of 120 horsepower.
The variable number of sections (from 3 to 12) allows the most accurate repetition of the relief of the treated surface, which undoubtedly increases the efficiency of processing. And additional breaking up of earth clods occurs using a combination of a roller and a bar. The same roller compacts the soil, thereby preventing it from drying out excessively.
Korund 8
The Korund 8 cultivator range is one of the pre-sowing implements most often used to loosen the soil of crops such as corn and potatoes.Such small and practical implements are usually used with tractors of small and medium power. h
Thus, this cultivator is best suited for stubble cultivation at high working capacities.
Karat 9
The Karat 9 line of agricultural machinery provides continuous stubble cultivation of arable land and can be applied both before and after the combine harvesters. These models feature a unique easy-to-change tine system to quickly adapt the units to different surfaces to be treated. h
Thus, this cultivator is best suited for stubble cultivation at high working capacities.
Operating rules
To ensure the safety of the user, Lemken has developed a set of rules, which can be found in the technical data sheet when purchasing any model.
- The use and repair of this agricultural machinery is allowed only to those persons who have specialized knowledge and skills in working with the machine.
- In the event of a breakdown of the unit, repairs should only be carried out after switching off the drive and stopping the engine.
- The adjustment of the technique must be carried out by persons who have passed special instructions.
- Always wear appropriate protective clothing when operating, repairing and adjusting the cultivator.
Lemken cultivators provide high-quality cultivation of the land, after which the fertile layer receives maximum oxygen, and the plants are subsequently perfectly saturated with minerals and water. The use of carbide alloys in the creation of equipment guarantees high strength of each structural element, which means that you get efficient work as a whole. All Lemken machines, especially their cultivators, are top class machines all over the world.
