Valerian can be combined with any pesticide. It is enough to add juice from leaves or stems of fresh herbs. To do this, the plant should be passed through a meat grinder, folded into cheesecloth and squeezed well.

For 10 liters of pesticide solution, add only 10-15 drops of juice. And also valerian can be combined with natural insecticides. Such a composition will be completely safe. Due to the presence of juice, spraying will additionally protect vegetables from insect infestations.

• Pour boiling water over the plants and leave to boil.

Laundry soap is rubbed and dissolves in water, liquid soap can simply be added to the bucket. Pour 50 ml of tincture there, mix thoroughly. The composition is applied by spraying. The roots of the plant cannot be protected in this way, the mixture is intended specifically for the head of cabbage.

You can process cabbage only once, and then repeat it if the rain washed away the solution. Spraying is best done in dry weather, in the afternoon. If the sun shines strongly during processing, then the cabbage leaves will get burned.

• It is important to spray the head of cabbage from all sides. Beetles and larvae often begin to devour the cabbage from below. But flying pests can creep up from any side.
• You can choose the right number of treatments based on the degree of damage. Usually, 1-4 treatments are enough to get rid of insects. It is recommended to spray no more than 2 times in 7 days.
