After cleaning the suburban area, it becomes necessary to eliminate the collected garbage. The most effective way in this case is to burn old dry branches. But for such a procedure, you will need a special container, since it is impossible to make a fire and burn the remains in the open air right on the site. Today we will talk about what properties such a container should have, and how you can build it yourself at home.

The method of burning garbage in a barrel has some important advantages. Let's highlight the most significant of them:

• lack of open fire, which increases the level of security;
• mobility, which makes it possible to transfer the structure to another place or to another site (such structures are relatively lightweight, so they are easy to transport);
• the ability to control the strength of the flame;
• simple operation;
• simple manufacturing technology.

But this method also has a number of significant disadvantages:

• homemade incinerators cause significant harm to the environment;
• with frequent use, a self-made structure will quickly become unusable, and it will have to be repaired or new made;
• using barrels to incinerate such waste is against the law and may result in a fine.

For burning garbage, the best option would be a reinforced type iron tank. Such structures are able to withstand even extremely low temperatures and at the same time retain their shape.

In addition, a solid and reliable base should be formed from a metal grid. It, in turn, should be placed on several bricks.

A simple garden barrel of small thickness will not work for these purposes, because in the process of burning garbage, it will simply begin to deform, shrink strongly and, as a result, simply break.

In addition, the incineration of waste in iron containers also provides a number and many other advantages:

• allows you to completely burn almost any type of such natural waste;
• working with such barrels allows you to comply with all basic safety rules;
• there is an opportunity to use the thermal energy that is released during the destruction of garbage to warm up;
• these tanks are able to accommodate even overly long branches;
• the waste generated during the combustion process settles in the inner part of the tank and is not discharged into the environment;
• ensuring the complete destruction of dried branches.

Before kindling a fire inside a container, it must be properly prepared for this. First you need to decide on the location of the barrel. It is worth choosing a site that will be as far as possible from residential buildings, outbuildings and tall vegetation, so that in the event of an accidental hit of fire, nothing will ignite.

After that, for convenience, you can make a small drawing, depicting a drawing on it in the form of a future design. Care should be taken in advance to install the supports for the tank. The supporting structure must be firmly fixed to the surface. It is on it that the barrel itself will be installed in the future.

The metal container itself can be treated with special protective substances before use, which will ensure better fire resistance of the product. Examine the surface of the container carefully. If there are large holes and other similar damage on it, then it is better to process them. Such areas can first be thoroughly cleaned and then repaired with a welding machine. Small holes on the surface of these products are permissible and do not need to be machined.

Fire extinguishing agents (sand and water) should first be placed near the container. Also prepare an extra metal sheet for the tank in advance.

To begin with, let's take a closer look at how to build the most simple system for incinerating garbage in the country. An iron barrel is taken. Its bottom will need to be removed. If the tank is old, then it will not be difficult. If the container is relatively new, then you will have to use special tools, including a hacksaw for metal or electrical devices for metal processing.

After that, they choose a suitable place in the country, it is well covered with sand, a metal sheet is laid on top, this is done so that the streams of hot air do not fall to the ground. Then you will need to build a support from bricks. A structure that looks like the letter "P" is laid out of them.

Later, a metal lattice is laid on the bricks. It should be placed on them as tightly and stably as possible so as not to move out during the incineration of waste. An iron tank is carefully installed on the formed support.

In this case, the fire should be kindled in the lower part from the side where there are no bricks, and the materials for lighting will need to be laid from above.

You can make a similar structure without removing the bottom. In this case, instead of a brick support, small legs are made. They should also be made of metal, and then fixed in the lower part of the container with a welding machine.

In the tank itself, you need to make a hole in the bottom, this will significantly improve traction. After that, in the inside, it is worth welding a grate for laying materials for ignition. It should be about 17–20 centimeters high.

The blower should be installed in advance. It can be fixed with hinges. In this case, it will be possible to independently regulate the strength of the fire. For so that in cloudy weather, atmospheric precipitation does not penetrate into the homemade container for quick disposal of garbage, it is covered with a metal thin sheet.

The creation of such a more complex, in comparison with the previous version of the design, includes several stages. First you need to prepare the necessary tools and materials for manufacturing:

• iron barrel;
• metal corners;
• fittings;
• pipe (100-150 millimeters);
• drill with drill;
• Bulgarian;
• electric jigsaw;
• loops;
• nuts;
• bolts;
• self-tapping screws.

After that, all paint residues are cleaned from the surface of the barrel; for this, you can use a stiff metal brush or other improvised means.

Then you will need to cut the metal from one of the ends, leaving about 10 or 15 centimeters. In the remaining part, several holes are formed, they will be designed for the flow of air flows.

The cut metal part of the tank is fixed with hinges and a small handle is secured. On the opposite side, in the upper part of the container, a hole is made for the chimney.

The waste pipe should be attached to the structure using a welding machine. If it does not appear, then it is permissible to make fasteners with self-tapping screws or special rivets.In the latter case, a small hole in the barrel is cut with a grinder. The pipe will be inserted directly there, all this is fixed with fasteners.

After that, you can start making the grate. For this, material is taken, the length of which is slightly less than the length of the barrel itself. As a support for the grate, you can use metal corners that are attached to the tank wall.

After the barrel and the frame part are completely ready, you can start covering them with a special heat-resistant paint, this will not only improve the properties of the product, but also give it a beautiful appearance.

Sometimes special covers equipped with air supply systems are additionally attached to such products. Such elements are made with small fans, they allow smokeless burning of dry grass.

Designs that dispose of waste without emitting smoke are considered the most practical and safest option. A minimum amount of harmful substances will be released into the environment.

These portable structures have a fairly simple design. Almost any summer resident can make them with their own hands. In this case, a trolley is used to move the tank.

To create a mobile product, you will need the following tools:

• metal barrel;
• fittings;
• small metal wheels;
• profile pipe (dimensions should be 20x20 millimeters);
• steel strip (with a size of 40x40 millimeters);
• nuts;
• bolts;
• metal corner (with a size of 50x50 millimeters);
• iron cover;
• Bulgarian.

At the same time, a platform for placing the structure is welded. For this, thick fittings and metal corners with dimensions slightly larger than the diameter of the container are used.

Later, suitable bolts are selected according to the diameter of the inner bearing race of the small metal wheels. The frame part is welded from the corner, a bolt under the wheels is then fixed to it.

Parts for installing the pallet and the front stop are welded from the profile pipe. In order for the barrel to be more conveniently moved, you need to weld a handle from the same pipe, it is fixed to the cart.

In order for the container to be as stable as possible in the trolley, you need to make a reliable fastener from a metal strip. A small piece should be cut out of it and a handle for the pallet should be built. It can be fixed with self-tapping screws or bolts.

From the reinforcement in the middle of the lattice, you need to weld a small structure in the form of a pyramid. This will prevent debris from caking inside the container.

At the end, you can cover the finished structure with protective compounds, which will extend their service life. They are also sometimes painted with an acrylic solution to get a neater appearance of the product.

Currently, you can find ready-made waste incinerators in stores. They are much safer and more reliable than the homemade varieties. At the same time, they also have a more accurate appearance, but the cost for such products will not be small.

The design of these off-the-shelf ovens is in many ways similar to drum incinerators. Many of them have a chimney, which can significantly speed up the combustion of waste.

If you are going to make a waste incineration facility yourself, then you need to immediately prepare personal protective equipment. These primarily include safety goggles, gloves and a mask.

You can build yourself a poker stick. With the help of it, it will be possible to wiggle the burning branches inside the tank. Such activities will speed up the process of waste combustion.

In any case, it is necessary to prepare in advance means for extinguishing fires. They are placed next to the barrel, because often during the incineration of waste during sharp gusts of wind, the tank overturns, and the fire passes to the nearest areas.

Remember that it is not recommended to burn garbage in extreme heat. Do not leave stove or open fire unattended to avoid possible fires.
