What is a Eurocube and where is it used?

Eurocube is a plastic tank produced in the form of a cube. Due to the exceptional strength and density of the material from which it is made, the product is in demand on construction sites, as well as in car washes and in the petrochemical industry. The use of such a device was found even in everyday life.

Eurocube is a cube-shaped container from the category of medium-capacity containers. The device features a robust outer packaging with steel crate. The design also includes a pallet, which can be made of plastic, wood or metal. The container itself is made of special polyethylene. All Euro tanks are designed to meet the stringent requirements for industrial tanks. Used for storage and transportation of food and technical liquids.

Among the distinctive features of Eurocubes, the following factors can be distinguished:

• all products are manufactured in exact accordance with standard dimensions, taking into account the modular principle;
• the flask is made by blowing high density polyethylene;

Modern Eurocubes are presented in a variety of configurations and have a wide variety of additional accessories. Nowadays, there are two basic technologies for the manufacture of Eurocubes.

In this approach, 6-layer low-pressure polyethylene is used as a raw material, a little less often 2- and 4-layer high-density materials are used. Such a Eurocube has relatively thin walls - from 1.5 to 2 mm, therefore it turns out to be quite light.

The main raw material in this case is LLDPE-polyethylene - it is linear low-density polyethylene. Such Eurocubes are thicker, the wall dimensions are 5-7 mm. Accordingly, the products are heavier, their weight ranges from 25 to 35 kg. The operational period of such models is 10-15 years.

In the overwhelming majority of cases, finished Eurocubes are white, it can be transparent or matte. On sale you can find black models, orange, gray and blue tanks are a little less common.Polyethylene tanks are equipped with a pallet and a lattice frame made of metal - this design minimizes the risk of mechanical damage to the eurocube. And besides, it makes it possible to put containers one on top of another during storage and transportation.

For the manufacture of pallets, wood is used (in this case, it is preliminarily subjected to heat treatment), steel or a polymer reinforced with steel. The frame itself has a lattice structure, it is a single all-welded structure. For its production, one of the following types of rolled products is used:

• with a crate of steel rods.

All of them can have different functionality.

• Nutritional. Food tanks are used to store and move table vinegar, vegetable oils, alcohol and other food products.
• Technical. Such modifications are in demand for moving and organizing storage of acid-base solutions, diesel fuel, diesel fuel and gasoline.

Like all types of containers, Eurocubes have their own typical sizes. Usually, when buying such containers, the top and bottom contain all the basic parameters for the transportation of liquid media and dimensions. Such a model is in demand for the storage and transportation of those food products for which it is essential to maintain sterility and adherence to a special temperature regime - vegetable and fruit mixtures, juices with pulp, as well as egg yolk.

Eurocube brand Werit. The main raw material here is polyethylene with a pronounced antimicrobial effect. The direct purpose of the Eurocube is to move liquids, both simple and aggressive. Nowadays, these plastic tanks have no equal, which would be just as convenient for placing and transporting liquid and bulk media. Tanks with a volume of 1000 liters are used by large construction and industrial companies.

But they are no less widespread in a private household. Such a capacity is characterized by strength and, at the same time, low weight. It is distinguished by its biostability, it maintains the integrity of the structure even in contact with aggressive media. The plastic tank successfully withstands atmospheric pressure.

Re-use of the container is allowed. However, in this case, one must understand: if previously toxic chemicals were transported inside, then it is impossible to use a tank to accumulate irrigation water. The fact is that chemicals eat into polyethylene and can harm plants and humans. If a simple liquid was transported in the tank, then later it can be installed for storing water, but only non-food water.

In everyday life, plastic eurocubes are ubiquitous. They are distinguished by their versatility, besides, they are comfortable and durable. In a country house, a tank with a capacity of 1000 liters will never stand idle. By installing such a container, summer residents can significantly save time and effort for watering, since they do not have to draw water from a well. Most often, such tanks are used to irrigate a garden plot, for this you need to additionally install a pump. The container itself should be located on a hill - the low weight of the plastic from which the container is made will make it easy to move it together. To pour water into the barrel, you can install a pump or use a hose.

Eurocubes are no less widespread when organizing a summer shower, heated models are especially in demand. In such tanks, even large ones, the water warms up rather quickly - in the warm summer season, just a few hours are enough for it to reach a comfortable temperature. Thanks to this, the euro container can be used as a summer shower cabin. In this case, the pallet is removed, and the container itself is raised up and installed on a solid metal support.

Water can be filled through a pump or hose. A faucet is attached to open and shut off the flow of water. The water in such a vat can also be used for washing dishes and cleaning household items. And finally, the Eurocube can store water for any daily work. It is known that in the megalopolis it is possible to wash a car only in specialized places. Therefore, car owners prefer to clean their vehicles in country houses or in the country.

Besides, this water can be used to fill swimming pools. In the case when a well is equipped at the sites, the tanks are often used as a storage container for water.

To prevent water bloom in the Eurocube, the tank is covered with black paint. When using ordinary paint, it begins to fall off after drying. Moreover, even adhesive primers do not save the situation. Therefore, PF, GF, NC and other quick-drying LCIs are not suitable, they dry quickly and quickly fall off from plastic surfaces. To prevent the paint from peeling off, you can take slowly drying enamels, which retain their elasticity for a long time.

Take car, alkyd or ML paint. The top layer of such compositions dries for a day, when painted in 3 layers - up to a month. It is believed that mastic lasts for a long time on a plastic container. It is a bitumen-based material and has good adhesion to most surfaces. However, such a coating has its drawbacks - when heated in the rays of the sun, the composition softens and sticks. The solution in this case will be the use of mastic, which dries immediately after application and does not soften again under the influence of the sun.
